My order was placed on manual review and then cancelled (and hopefully refunded as they say) after just a couple of hours simply on the claim that they tried to ring me and there was no answer. I was visiting a customer and therefore I was obviously not in the office to answer the call. Surely you'd try later on in the day if you had a bit of brain and cared about acquiring new customers or you'd send an email asking for the customer himself to ring within let's say 24 hours... truly pathetic.

After sign up and payment the order was declined. The support told that this promo code is applicable for UK customers only. Why not to mention it before the order? Scam.

Took payment of $6.49 but did not process the order. Bank called me the next day about possible credit card fraud (obviously it wasn't) . Customer support useless as typical for a UK company.

Same experience as fabios, they billed my CC, but they didn't register the com domain I ordered. RUN RUN far away from this company. And Tld-list please remove this fraudulent company from your list.

I paid for a domain transfer

I paid for a domain transfer, and they sent me an email saying that the transfer was unsuccessful because I had "DNSSEC" activated, but it is false, I myself have sent them a screenshot that it is deactivated. I have sent multiple messages and they do not answer me, my Reference number is: [TR17285994], I want a refund of my money, but I think it was already stolen. They are scammers.

I asked this company to turn off auto billing on my account as i didn't know how to do it at the time. They assured me they had turned it off. They lied. They just stole £99 from my bank account.

Few months ago I took their .com promo, I paid for it and the fund was successfully credit on my bank account to LCN invoice. My order invoice status is paid and waiting for their system to verify the transaction to complete the domain order process to be processed. After waiting for 10-15 minutes they cancel my order, I sent ticket asked why, they reply the .com promo code only valid for UK citizen which the never wrote it down on their F.A.Q for that domain promo because I read everything about it on their website. I asked when will I got my money back they said in couple of days, now it's been more than 4 months and I still didn't get my money back. I report to my bank and they put LCN and their financial partner on blacklist now on my country.

Dont buy domain form this company, they just took your CC account!

Very good control panel. Prices are competitive and the support staff are extra helpful and friendly. Not sure why there are negative reviews.

I do not understand the (bad) reviews here: they have almost 4,000 reviews on TrustPilot rated 5 stars...

I transferred one .COM domain to test them out: it was pretty good and fast! No upselling nor stupid option to charge you more, nor checkboxes to uncheck. They do not accept Paypal, only Credit Cards (so I have turned the auto-renewal OFF).

I like the ability to pick your currency before paying!

No VAT charged for non-EU businesses: which is great!
