I have been their client for more than twelve (!!!) years, registered and renewed many domains and before that everything was fine. But recently they blocked my account without explanation.

It all started two months ago when I tried to renew my domain which is ending in the coming months. They deducted money from my card but the domain was not renewed. I tried to transfer my domain to another registrar, but they blocked my domain and I still have not received an answer and a solution to daily questions in the support chat. Then they asked for identification documents, which I immediately sent, but this did not help either. They refuse to answer specific questions in the chat, refuse to unlock the domain for transfer to another registrar, refuse to refund money, write in standard phrases without any specifics.

Today they have blocked access to my account and are again asking me to send documents to confirm my identity, although I already sent them my documents a week ago.

Stay away from this registrar. One "fine" day, they can also ban you without reason and you will not be able to find out the reasons for a long time and will be able to lose all your domains and money.

WORST SERVICE EVER - AVOID AT ALL COSTS

They offer the most terrible and unfriendly customer support. They suspended my website for no reason and with no notice and it is impossible to even know why. 4 days on chat and email to be told, a team will get back to you today. They lie, refuse to refund me as I'm paying and not receiving a service, I dont even know why

Over the years I had dozens of domain names registered with Internet.bs.

Terrible customer support. If you have basically any question, they have to send the question to "level 2 support". This means they simply forward your chat message to someone else and you just wait for them to respond. It is not actually support - it's a message forwarding system that makes you believe they can actually help. It didn't always use to be like this. They have become worse over the years.

After you have registered domains they block your account for no reason, they ask you for documents and then they no longer respond and your account remains blocked. they hold hostage the domains you have registered

Never had any issues with this company they are always fast to offer HQ support.

Rip off. They held my money in an account and would not return it. Still havent. Yes I spent more time than the value of the money. What a bunch of robbing so and so's

Been using them for over 3 years now and love them so much that I moved all my domains over from different registrars (over 250 domains) Their customer service is great, they are cheap and they work well. Would recommend for sure.

Cheap prices, and pretty good registrar, i've not had issues thus far, might be because i'm not an US Citizen.

It is a horrible experience purchasing the domain from this company. No response at all and no refund, even caused by their system error.

Ticket no response and lock your account without reason.

Scam - nothing anonymous about them. The domain registration purchase makes no mention of the ID requirements needed after you give them your money. Once registered an email will be received 3 to 4 days later demanding photo id / bills etc. Never had this from any other registar. Have asked for refund but I suspect we will not get it.

Totally Scam. They locked my account without any reason and asking government id card and utility bill then asking PayPal transactions screenshot. No provider ask this type of stupid verification. 7 days has been ago but my account is still locked. Support is very bad. Don't go with internetbs otherwise you will be in trouble.

Does not support email forwarding if you use external DNS like Cloudflare. They don't use their own MX servers, they use Google's. They don't trust their own service ? Read the Terms&Conditions to find that they can stop any service whenever they want... Support is slow.

I fail to register some domain, and ask to refund. Until now i didn't get it.

Internet.bs is a great registrar! I have multiple domains with them and have had no issues thus far.

I am not aware of the id scans thing, all i know is that i am with them since 1 year ago, used API to register domains, made deposits on the account balance, i had only good experiences with them. API is working nicely, caught some domains with it, but i advise against this practice because they do not put it there for that purpose. good prices, free privacy, i recommend them so far.

this "company" fishing for your DOCUMENTS... Probably they target US citizens, and ask them "send use copy of your passport, id and everything ....

Registered domain for 3.5$. On the same day, my account was frozen without any apparent reason and required documents

I bought a .feedback domain years ago with internet.bs.

.feedback is a well known scam register which doesn't allow you to pretty much do anything with your domain, if you don't pay an extortionate amount (thousands of $). Internet.bs knowingly sell you a scam domain but do not offer refunds and can't do anything about that. There are plenty of other non-dodgy domain serices (Cloudflare, Google Domain, iwantmyname), don't use internet.bs, don't do that to yourself.

CHEAP PRICE came with some TRAP .. They will steal your ID scans...

Not bad at all, but I often have troubles with .it domains after the trasfer: I always can't change the NS even if the nic.it validation is correct. The assistance is sometimes able to help, some other times not. A quick change right after the transfer is usually critical when the domain manage a big amount of emails without imap for a quick transfer/synk

Their customer support is excellent! Have had no issues reaching anyone even on the weekends...

Trouble with billing system. No clear pricing without having to trawl through a long page to find what I want. Domain extensions are not put in one short list with pricing. Badly-designed website.

Easy to use, cheap domains, and excellent customer service. I had a domain here for about a year, but the business didn't work out. Other domain services make it nearly impossible to cancel. Internet.bs made it easy.

Key-Systems is at the top of this registry. Therefore, it manages many domains. In particular, the ccTLD manages unusual things, so you will have an option. I have registered and maintain some ccTLD domains. I had a problem with transfer and provided chat support, this support members were very helpful. I can rest assured that I can manage my domain on internet.bs.
